WE WILL ALWAYS MISS NOMTHANDAZO…..The staff of Radio Riverside and communities at large where woken up by the sad news of the passing away of Nomthandazo Jonasi – Gusha affectionately known as Nomthi by her peers on Sunday 24 January 2010 after a short illness. Nomthi joined Radio Riverside as a newsreader in 2003 and established herself as a presenter of the Isixhosa programs of Radio Riverside including Masithembele Ku Jehova and Masifundisane. She leaves behind 2 sons. The Station Manager of Radio Riverside said that Nomthandazo will be missed. She was buried on Saturday 30 January 2010 at the Paballelo Cemetery……LALA NGOXOLO NOMTHI. |
